This badly weathered deck had a makeshift awning doing its best to provide cover—it was time for a proper upgrade.
Construction: Installing new landing, pergola roof with polycarbonate sheeting, and protective panels.

The client wanted a restored deck with proper sun protection.
The Solution
Pergola & Polycarbonate
We sanded the deck right back and applied fresh coats of decking oil to bring it back to life. Then we installed a lightly tinted polycarbonate roof for sun protection and added a pulldown blind for extra coverage from sun and wind.
